Welcome
As the organizers of the 40th Annual Conference of the European International Business Academy (EIBA), we would like to warmly invite you to join us on 11-13 December 2014 at Uppsala University. The theme for the 2014 conference is “The Future of Global Organizing”, and we welcome papers not only on traditional IB topics but also those that address novel ways of organizing international business in the future (see the call for papers for more information).
We offer an inspiring conference in a winter atmosphere, during the light festival of St. Lucia, and with the opportunity to join a lecture by 2014’s Nobel prize winner in Economics.
The Gala Dinner on the Saturday evening will be held in Uppsala castle on a hill bordering the old city centre. Uppsala is located 70 kilometers from Stockholm and 35 km from Stockholm Arlandainternational airport. Several means of transportation take you within 30-50 minutes directly to Uppsala. All conference venues and hotels are in and near the small city centre. We will provide you with the latest news and updates for the conference on these pages.
All enquiries can be addressed to info@eiba2014.org.
