All pre-booked rooms are reserved. We kindly ask you to make your own reservation directly to a hotel in Uppsala.

Reservation conditions for rooms booked on the conference registration form

Credit Card Guarantee
In order to guarantee accommodation you need to state your credit card details on the registration form. The information will only be used in case of no-show or late cancellation/changes. Please read the cancellation conditions below.

Payment Options
Accommodation must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. You will be able to pay by credit card or by cash.

Cancellation and changes
Notification of cancellation and changes must be made in writing and sent to: info@eiba2014.org

Cancellation/changes of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation/changes are made later than 14 days prior to arrival, or in case of no-show, the hotel may charge your credit card for the whole stay reserved.

If you have made a hotel reservation in the conference registration form, please note that the hotels will not receive your name until just before the conference. All changes should be addressed to the conference secretariat, info@eiba2014.org.
